We are in the process of subdividing our property into five 100-hectare farms, each ideal for both cropping and grazing. All blocks will have power connected, with three enjoying direct access to the Lachlan River.
One of the farms is a highly productive flood-irrigated block, complete with a charming Californian Bungalow home set amidst established lawns. It also features a beautifull, historic cottage full of character, that’s just begging to be restored. This offers excellent potential for a boutique farm stay operation or additional accommodation.
Additionally, one block is equipped with an excellent woolshed, cattle and sheep yards, and hay sheds, making it a perfect fit for livestock operations.
As we move forward with this project, we invite you to follow along on our journey — from lodging our development application (DA) with council, to working closely with a surveyor on the subdivision, fencing the new boundaries, and extending power to the most desirable house sites.
