We’ve engaged Peter Basha, a Planning and Development Consultant, to guide us through the process. Our goal is to establish a clear boundary framework that will support our Development Application (DA) and allow us to obtain accurate quotes for the surveying work.

Block 1 is separated from the other parcels by Warraderry Way, while the remaining blocks are accessible via either Warraderry Way or Gooloogong Siding Road.

  • Block 1: A flood-irrigated block featuring a house, cottage, hay and machinery sheds, 390 mgl water as well as a diesel river pump.
  • Block 2: Located on the western side of the property, this block has access from both Warraderry Way and Gooloogong Siding Road. It also has river access and offers stunning views, making it an ideal location for a house.
  • Block 3: Includes a woolshed, sheep and cattle yards, and hay sheds, making it perfect for livestock operations. Additionally we have incorporated access to the river - for fishing, camping and even a drought lot.
  • Block 4: No improvements.
  • Block 5: No improvements.
